On 6th April 2017, we invited twenty business owners for breakfast to discuss the different exit strategies available to them when it came to selling their businesses.
Held at King Street Townhouse, the breakfast seminar covered key factors that are fundamental to understand and consider in order to maximise value of the business' sale as early as possible.
Experts from our team at Capstone Financial Management, along with HURST Corporate Finance and Pannone Corporate, were on hand to highlight the varying ways to minimise tax and invest wisely in order to protect and grow personal wealth on completion of the sale.
