Employee wellbeing over the years has increasingly been recognised as an essential part of ensuring that the health of the company is supported by focusing on employees mental and physical wellbeing.
Often though “financial wellbeing” is overlooked due to a lack of expertise or support in this area. However, with 59% of employees surveyed in a recent PWC “Employee wellness survey” stating that financial worries are a primary source of stress and on average companies are losing £150 per day through absenteeism caused by financial distress, it is hard to ignore the importance of “financial wellbeing” in the workplace.
Join us for this breakfast forum that is dedicated to helping HR professionals introduce a successful financial wellbeing programme that is tailored to the demographics of their company employees.
If you are interested in attending any future events please contact our Marketing Manager, Holly Smith on firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively call 0161 667 1482.
