Location: Altrincham, Greater Manchester

Role description:

This is an on-site, ideally full time but for the right candidate we will consider part time, role for a Marketing Assistant / Executive at Capstone Financial in Altrincham. We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to various marketing initiatives.

Working within our experienced marketing team you will get the opportunity to produce and deliver a wide range of marketing communications across a range of channels, whilst aiding the delivery of our events programme and social media content, with exposure to digital marketing, website development and client experience. This role will involve database management so attention to detail is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of our events programme – virtual and in person; including the creation of guest lists, invitations, presentation, follow up activity and supporting Senior Marketing Manager with reporting on the outcome of events.
  • CRM champion and ensuring data is correctly updated by admin teams.
  • Proofreading print and digital communications and ensuring relevant compliance approval where required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce social media content and ensure delivery of at least 3 posts per week across the platforms we utilise.
  • Liaising with external marketing partners such as printers and digital in the production and fulfilment of marketing projects.
  • Creation and deployment of e-mail marketing and creative/graphic assets – using our e-mail service platform, with data management responsibility.
  • Monitoring and reporting on marketing campaigns and event metrics with collaborative input on optimisation.
  • Basic editing of our WordPress website, with an eye for UX improvements and performance developments. (Including the use of Google Analytics and SEO techniques).

Qualifications:

  • Ideally pursuing or completed an academic qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
