About Jo
Jo is a hardworking, results-driven individual with over 20 years of experience in managing the successful operations for fast growing companies. She is Level 4 Diploma qualified in financial advice and has a wealth of knowledge in managing diverse groups of teams.
Day to day Jo oversees the the admin, paraplanners and client servicing teams at Capstone Financial, working with them closely to ensure they get the support and development required to thrive in their roles. She also ensures that operationally we support our advisers to allow them time to spend more time with clients and ensure they receive the very best outcomes when obtaining financial advice.
Jo is passionate about helping talented individuals reach their potential, whilst also being focused on client care.
During her spare time Jo sings in a band and looks after her horses.
